Refund Policy

Homedex is a digital product: your license key is delivered by email as soon as your payment is confirmed. Please try the app and read the system requirements before you buy, because purchases are generally not refundable.

Post a Reel, get 100% back

You can earn a full refund and keep your license:

• Share a public video of Homedex on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts or X with #homedexapp.
• Once it passes 2,000 views, email the link and your order email to hello@tryhomedex.app.
• We check the video and refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. You keep your license.
• The video must show Homedex itself, stay public for at least 30 days, and be your own original content. One refund per order.

When we always refund

Whatever the program above says, you get a full refund if:

• you were charged more than once for the same order,
• you paid but never received a working license key and we can't fix it within 7 days, or
• Homedex can't run on a computer that meets the published system requirements and we can't fix it within 14 days of your report.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider, Dodo Payments. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. When a purchase is refunded for a reason other than the Reel program, its license key is deactivated.
