What you'll see when you buy and install Homedex
Updated
When you pay in India, the payment page, your UPI app and your bank statement show VERON: that is the registered business behind Homedex, so it is the right place to pay. From abroad, the charge comes from Dodo Payments, our payment partner. When you install, Windows may say “Windows protected your PC” because Homedex is new: click More info, check the file came from tryhomedex.app, then Run anyway.
Who you are paying
Homedex is made and sold by AntrioSanture, a sole proprietorship of Aditya Namdeo Bhoye registered as VERON. Payment providers always show the registered business name, so you will see VERON rather than “Homedex” in a few places. That is expected, not a mistake.
Paying in India (UPI, card or net banking)
- 1Sign in with Google
Your license is tied to this Google account, so use the one you will sign in to the app with.
- 2Enter your mobile number
Cashfree, our payment gateway in India, needs it for UPI and card payments. It is only passed to Cashfree for this payment.
- 3Pay VERON
The Cashfree page shows the merchant as VERON, and your UPI app asks you to pay VERON. The amount is the price on our site, ₹699 while the early-bird offer lasts, then ₹2,099.
- 4Check your statement
Your bank or card statement also shows VERON.
Paying from outside India
You pay on a secure checkout run by Dodo Payments, our payment partner and merchant of record outside India. It handles card payments, local taxes and your invoice, and the charge on your statement comes from Dodo Payments. Your card is never shared with us.
After you pay
- You land on a thank-you page, and your lifetime license is unlocked on your Google account, usually within a minute.
- If it still says “pending”, refresh your account page in a minute: the bank sometimes confirms a little later.
- Download Homedex from the thank-you page or your account page, only from tryhomedex.app.
Installing on Windows: the “Windows protected your PC” message
Homedex is a new app, and Windows warns about new downloads until it has seen them many times. Until our code-signing certificate is in place, the installer also shows “Unknown publisher”. The app is the same either way; the warning is about how new it is, not about anything it does.
- 1In your browser
Edge or Chrome may say the file “isn't commonly downloaded”. In Edge, click the … next to the download, then Keep, then Show more → Keep anyway. In Chrome, click Keep.
- 2When you open the installer
If a blue “Windows protected your PC” box appears, click More info. It shows the app name (the Homedex setup file) and Publisher: Unknown publisher.
- 3Run it
If the file came from tryhomedex.app, click Run anyway and follow the installer.
- 4Sign in
Open Homedex, choose Sign in with Google and pick the account you paid with. The full app unlocks straight away.
Staying safe
- Only download Homedex from tryhomedex.app. We never send installers by email, WhatsApp or download links on other sites.
- Your antivirus may scan the installer the first time; let it finish. If it blocks the file, write to us before allowing it.
- Homedex works on your own computer: your files are never uploaded anywhere.
- Questions about a payment or the installer: hello@tryhomedex.app.
Questions
- Why does the payment page say VERON instead of Homedex?
- VERON is the registered business (a sole proprietorship of Aditya Namdeo Bhoye) that sells Homedex. Payment gateways and banks always show the registered name.
- Is it safe to click “Run anyway”?
- Yes, for the installer you downloaded from tryhomedex.app. Windows shows this for new apps that it has not seen many times yet. Do not run Homedex installers from anywhere else.
- I paid but the app is still locked
- Make sure you signed in to the app with the same Google account you paid with. If it still shows locked after a few minutes, email us with your payment reference and we will fix it.
- Is there a free trial or refund?
- No. Homedex is a one-time lifetime purchase and all sales are final, except billing errors such as being charged twice. See the Refund Policy.
